for the youth of of our community ages 5-15.

Who is the PFY ?
If your child plays any of the PFY sports, baseball/softball,
football, cheerleading, wrestling or volleyball, then you are a
member.
There are four officers which make up the organizations board:
President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
These are Volunteer Positions
Yearly nominations take place in September with voting in
November.
Also each individual sports activity has volunteer
commissioners
It is important to realize that these positions must
always be filled or the individual sport or organization would
fold.
Where are te PFY Meetings ?
Meeting are held the third Monday of every month.
Meetings take place at the Birch Run North Elementary room

Inn)
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend any or all of the
meetings.
To become a voting member you must attend three meetings and pay
a 5.00 per year membership dues.
How can I help the Organization ?
The PFY is made up of strictly of
volunteers
There are many ways to help,
Attending PFY meetings

Assistant Coaching
Helping with the fields
Keeping Stats or Score
Helping with the Fund raisers
As our youth move up to school sports and outgrow the PFY
sports, our parent voluteers move out of the PFY organization as
well. So new voluteers are always needed to keep our organization
running for the future youth of our community.
