FOOTBALL/CHEERLEADING
2008 SEASON

A copy of a birth certificate is required for all new sign ups

FOOTBALL:
Must turn 8 yrs old by Dec 31st and not going into the 9th grade

**** 8th grade students can play with either PFY team or on the school team but not both ****

Registration Fee: $85.00 (includes clinic)
Jersey Fee: $60.00 (those who need jersey, this includes two jerseys)
(There will NOT be a fundraiser this year)

CHEERLEADING:
Must turn 8 yrs old by Dec 31st and not going into the 9th grade.

Registration Fee: $50.00
Warm Up Suit: $45.00 (if needed, all new girls will need a warm up suit)
(There will NOT be a fundraiser this year)

There will be a $10.00 late sign up fee charged after this date July 12, 2008

Last day to sign up is August 4th for both football and cheerleading.

*Football/Cheerleading Commissioner has the authority to except or refuse sign ups after August 4th
Practices start August 11th

Youth Football Clinic is Saturday, August 16th 9am til 12noon at the High School

Sign Up forms can be picked up at "Goal Post" or "Mid-Michigan Screen Printing"
